About Claydon Business Park, Suffolk

Our History

Edward Le Bas Properties Limited was formed in 1982 to take control of this 38 acre former industrial estate at Claydon, Suffolk, and as a result the original properties, comprising a mix of factory, warehouse and office buildings extending to some 200,000 sq ft were refurbished and improved, and the area landscaped to provide a wide range of accommodation for a total of around 50 business park tenants.

Today

The initial success of the business park followed by a further 15 years of continued demand and high occupancy levels encouraged the Company to secure funding for a £10 million development programme which commenced in 1998. This has transformed the estate, providing a further 160,000 sq ft of new and efficient buildings, together with improvements to the road layout and security, resulting in today’s modern Business Park.

The Future

We remain very positive about the future, having maintained high levels of occupancy at the Business Park even during the most difficult times and we intend to develop a further 90,000 sq ft of new commercial property and 60,000 sq ft of workspace redevelopment according to demand in Suffolk.
